Tell us your story and select the type of media you will be submitting.

UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO/VIDEO
Upload your photo so that you can become a part of the MS face or use our default image. For videos you can upload your video or get a submission code and send tapes to us for review.

CONFIRMATION
Make sure everything is as you want it to appear. We will try to make your stories live as soon as we possibly can.

Every person touched by MS has a different story - whether you are a person with the disease, a family member, friend, researcher, healthcare professional, advocate, or volunteer for the cause - every story counts.
